Andrei Smirnov (アンドレイ・スミルノフ, Andorei Sumirunofu) is a fictional character in the anime, Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Andrei was the son of Sergei Smirnov, the Wild Bear of Russia. He joined the A-Laws as a mobile suit pilot. After the A-Laws disbanded, Andrei transferred to the Earth Sphere Federation Army to continue his service as a soldier.
